The Team
Becky Brooker
Age: 40
Occupation: Partner with Dave in Brooker Designs - Your one
stop for all your embroidery & Sign needs.
Duties: Becky takes care of the organization and logistics for the team.
On Race Day she is in the pits helping load and unload the car, getting the
line-ups and keeping stats. Along with general duties of scraping mud,
adding gas and where ever she can help out. She is also our website designer.
Wyatt and Andy both help out a lot in the shop. Wyatt's really good at changing tires and understands the concept of Righty-Tighty and Lefty-Loosey. Andy asks many questions and they both love to wash the car after the races. Both kids love to cheer for dad on Race Days and can't wait until they are old enough to be in the pits helping.
Zane Bixler
Zane has helped the team since almost the beginning. Helping mostly on Saturday's at Huron, Zane handles general duties along with discussing set-up ideas. Zane has logged a lot of miles traveling with us to Madison, MN and Watertown, SD on Sunday nights. He is also willing to come over for those late night thrash sessions when something goes wrong.
Judy & Mike Stahly (Becky's parents)
Judy is a gigantic part of the pit crew. She is the babysitter on just about every Saturday night race and some Friday's during the racing season. We wouldn't be able to race as much as we do if we couldn't count on them to take the grandchildren when needed. Plus, they bring them to the races, so they get to come and cheer dad on a lot more than they would be able to otherwise.
Leroy & Elsie Brooker (Mom & Dad)
- Elsie helps out with babysitting on some Friday nights
so that we can race in Miller.
Peg Brooker (Sister)
Paula & Daryl Ames (Sister & Husband)
Leroy and Peg help out a huge amount in the shop at home during the week. They would tell you that they do "ALL" the farming so that I can be gone racing on weekends. All of my family is very supportive of my racing career.
